After being told they had my windshield in stock and taking my car up to be fixed, they called not long after to tell me the windshield they ordered was incorrectly sent. I thought it was in stock when I first called? Why did they have to order it in the first place? I wish they would have been more prepared after having this appointment for a week and then myself and my husband having to completely change plans to bring it in the next day. Also, they tried to tell me I had to pay over $250 more than originally told! Thankfully, after I called them out on it, they fixed their mistake. Will not be using this business again. Coming back to this review to edit months later - they did NOT calibrate my windshield correctly either. My auto windshield wipers used to work wonderfully, adjusting to the appropriate amount of rain. Now they don’t work the same after this company got their hands on them. The wipers either go too fast or too slow for the amount of rain and it IRKS me. This company is a hard thumbs down.

Will you install auto glass that is the same quality as I have in my vehicle right now?
Absolutely. We exclusively use premium auto glass from trusted original equipment manufacturers including PGW, Pilkington, Mopar, Carlite, and Guardian.
How long does it take to replace my windshield?
Most vehicle windshield replacements are completed within approximately one hour. We strongly advise waiting two to three hours before driving your vehicle after installation to allow proper curing of the urethane seal. The exact timing depends on humidity, temperature, and urethane type. Your technician will provide the most accurate safe drive-away time based on current conditions and materials used.
Can you replace my windshield or auto glass if it's raining?
Absolutely, since we perform all auto glass work inside our shop facility, weather conditions won't interfere with your service. We operate year-round regardless of weather and also provide vehicle pickup and delivery services for glass repairs and replacements.
