  I lost my keys on the 8th of this month. I called KeyMe Locksmiths to come and make me a key for my car. Although it was a keyless remote, it still had a key inside. He programmed me another key fob but I noticed after I got home that he didn't cut the key inside the key fob. I called them to inform him about the issue. He told me to go to a dealership and get the code to the door and call him back to give him the code and he'll make me a key free of charge and send mail it to me. I did as instructed. Also, I told him that my receipt wasn't legible nor was it dated and that I needed a dated & legible copy to send to my insurance company for reimbursement. I asked him to email it to me and he told me that he would do that for me also. This was March 9th when I contacted them. I haven't received neither of those requests from him yet. I've called him several times and sometimes I'll get him on the phone and sometimes I don't. When I do talk with him he says that he'll call me back but he never do. I'm very disappointed in this locksmith company. I paid to much of money for a job half done.

  Used the self-service kiosk located inside our local Walmart to get a duplicate of a house key made. Kiosk menu was simple to navigate and offered a few cute design options if you wanted something different than a standard brass key which helps easily distinguish this key from other keys on your key ring. I was surprised to see that you can also get car keys/fobs at this kiosk. In total, I probably spent less than 6-7 minutes at the kiosk. I must admit, when I first saw the key, I was afraid it wasn’t going to work. But, I tried it out the moment I got home and it worked perfectly without having to jiggle or manipulate it in anyway to unlock the door. I didn’t not choose any other upgrades except the decorative design during my visit. Would have liked to have seen a few more design options, but overall I would use the kiosk again and would recommend the kiosk to family and friends.

  I only had one key made and it wasn’t supposed to be 10 dollars.
