Purchased a washing machine that I was told would be available for pick up at 4:30 today and it isn’t. (Thibodaux lowes) Now they said possibly on the 10th. Lowes messed up not me, but would not do right. After the runaround I got on the phone today I’ll never purchase anything from Lowe’s again. After being told it wasn’t in stock I went to the back and acted like I never made a purchase and wanted that washer. She said yes it’s in stock and was ready to sell to me. But beings Lowe’s screwed up they can’t change the PO order is what they are saying. Manager wasn’t any help at all as well…excuses excuses excuses is all I got

I bought a lock set As Is. The deadbolt was missing and the knob was broken. They would not refund. I thought as is would mean scratched or dented, yes, sure. But to sell a broken item with prices missing as is? Lowe's standards need to be higher.

At first I was treated horribly by an employee. I wasn’t cared for right. Two employees noticed and helped. I then went to the manager Barron, he made sure things went right. He was a huge help and showed great professionalism. It’s because of him I will keep going to Thibodaux Lowes.
