- JMJonathan MariscalFeb 24, 20261.0I delivered plants here one day. Receiving opens at 7am and was told at 8am that they just opened and were looking for someone to unload the plants. I guess it takes them a whole hour to open. Three other truck are here open. I guess this how people act after getting hit by a hurricane every year. May god be with them for the next hurricane!

Lowes messed up not me, but would not do right. After the runaround I got on the phone today I’ll never purchase anything from Lowe’s again. After being told it wasn’t in stock I went to the back and acted like I never made a purchase and wanted that washer. She said yes it’s in stock and was ready to sell to me. But beings Lowe’s screwed up they can’t change the PO order is what they are saying. Manager wasn’t any help at all as well…excuses excuses excuses is all I got

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
