Noone said anything about this being a special order or it not being returnable. Sure the receipt says that, but you don't get that until AFTER you've been hustled. TLDR Lowe's sold me an item that did not work right out of the box without informing me it was a non refundable item and won't give me my $100 back. Shady business practices.
