I want to give a huge thank you to LJ and Ed, along with another young man who was working at the door that day. I didn’t catch his name, but they all worked together as a team and were incredibly helpful. I also want to mention that everyone at this store has been a big help every time I come in, including an employee named KAI. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely willing to help. I was having a bit of a stressful moment, and the team treated me with patience, respect, and understanding. What I needed was in the store but located high up on a top shelf, and they didn’t hesitate to work together to get it for me. You can really tell they have passion and care when it comes to helping customers. It is always an absolute pleasure coming to this Lowe’s, and I’m truly grateful for the team that helped me that day. I will definitely continue shopping here.

Do not ever order kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s unless you want mistakes. Don’t buy a product online and try to return it locally, they will not take it. I have had nightmare scenarios with their customer service department. They screwed up so badly on one of my projects that the client had to be sent to the Appeasement Dept. That is literally a Dept of Lowes called the Appeasement Dept. Why does a company that’s legitimate need such a department? I’ll answer. It is because they do not handle their customer service very well on a local basis. You will be handed off to four different people and none of those people will ever take responsibility or initiative.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
