Went to Lowe's on Alkay Dr. in Shreveport Louisiana to buy pvclite corrugated roofing. The beige was marked clearance for $13.77 a sheet. When I got to checkout they rang up $18.48. I even showed the a picture of the clearance tag. The cashiers would not honor the price posted. I've done alot of business with Lowe's over the years but will have to reconsider purchasing elsewhere in the future. The associates where very rude and dismissive.

I got up super early to take my car in for service as a walk in. Ms. Debbie assisted me with so much kindness and care. She was patient and assured me that she would look into what was caused my car not to function properly. I explained I needed it back at the earliest convenience for work and before the day was out she had me squared away and with the best prices and info. I highly recommend that you ask for Debbie. Hi my name is Casey jones I came in to buy a trailer that was 1,000$. I was going to spend 1,000$ at this store on a utility trailer after 2 hours of “no go here, I don’t get payed for that, go find it yourself,” I was told the title is no good. How is a trailer at Lowe’s sitting around with a bad title? What kind of circus is this place? What an absolute joke. Your company is going to go under and it shouldn’t be a surprise to any of you. You’ll do it to yourselves. I wish I could give zero stars because yall don’t even deserve it.

My review is a mix of complaint & compliment. The return cashier Pat was very angry, it was clear she didn't want to be at work. Tried to give Pat the benefit of the doubt as I saw her nose running, thought maybe she wasn't feeling well. Sadly, Pat being the first face we see in the door, Pat never treated my husband & I kindly, or welcoming. Additionally, Pat made us believe she handled all three of our returns. But my receipt only showed two returns completed. When my husband asked about it, Pat seemed confused & annoyed; telling us she could not give us the money back without a receipt. Yet she kept the return item & failed to say that in the first place. We have been told over & over our phone number is sufficient enough but it seems like some employees are not taking the phone number serious at all. Just a waste of time to be honest. Certainly not for the customers convenience. The lumber side cashier Malani is very rude. Malani would not take her nose out of her cellphone to do her job. Seems like a waste of money to pay two cashers, one to do the work & while one plays on her phone. Malani lacks any professional customer skills, treats customers poorly, speaks in a derogatory tone & thinks giving customers the runaround is ok. Good news, employees Xavier & Chris are awesome. Caring, patient & have a wonderful customer skillset. They stopped the runaround caused by Malani. These two young men got our order located & loaded. Having professlism, great ppl skills is a core value & these two young men wear it well. More so, thank you Gabe for coming outside & checking on us; making sure our frustrations were heard. Per our conversation I hope your leadership deals with the rude & unhelpful employees as you promised to do. Without customers there is no jobs, and there are always competitors. Praying things change & my love for Lowe's to be restored. And the auto generated Customer Service response that's sure to pop up soon, can kiss my tail. What a useless robot with zero resolution, zero effort and zero resolve!
