- JOJudy OgleMar 10, 20261.0Note: I sat in a recliner in the store in Shreveport. And I was told the recliner had to be ordered. So I did and it "just so happened" they had one in Dallas and would be delivered to my house. But, it had a swivel - and the swivel is extra money and I did not spend , did not order one with the swivel And I ..... Did not receive chair I ordered. I called the store and reported the next day. Chair had swivel that I did not order and it changed seating, for a bad back. Delayed responses to questions and possible resolution. Poor "customer" care. Cannot and will not recommend the store or the furniture. Still no action .... OH, and I get a call. Just checking to see if the situation was resolved. Really? Not no but i cannot even sit in it.

All of their service requests are handled out of Dallas and they are very hard to get ahold of, they do not even have a technician for this area. I have a power loveseat that is 1 1/2 years old and all of the power options are messed up and now they have to pick it up and take it back to Dallas for repair and keep it for 2 weeks. Lazy Boy is NOT the quality product it once was!

I told her I was interested in a rug, but I wanted it in a bigger size, but there was no tag on the rug so she proceeded to go to another rug and told me it cost about $500. Nowhere did she insinuate to even help me and I felt that she really just blew me off. .
