  When I first started using this company 15 years ago, they were really good. The last time I used them was about 7-8 years ago. I called and told them I was having trouble with the sprinklers on the left side of my yard but didn’t know exactly where the problem was coming from. They sent a technician out and didn’t tell me when. I received a bill for around $250. I called back to inquire about it thinking the bill was a mistake because my grass is still brown on the left side and I wasn’t aware anyone had come by. The lady in the phone said she would send someone out again to check. They fixed it that time but sent me another bill for the $250 plus another $300. I told them I was only going to pay one of those bills because they didn’t fix it the first time. I told them they could choose which one I should pay. She told me I needed to pay both then told me I was banned from using them again because I refused to pay both bills. I may be wrong but I don’t believe I should have to pay twice because they either never came out the first time or they didn’t repair it properly the first time. I have since then found someone more reliable for irrigation.

  Water Works is the best in town! They are very knowledgeable, reliable, and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone for irrigation needs!
