  When I first started using this company 15 years ago, they were really good. The last time I used them was about 7-8 years ago. I called and told them I was having trouble with the sprinklers on the left side of my yard but didn’t know exactly where the problem was coming from. They sent a technician out and didn’t tell me when. I received a bill for around $250. I called back to inquire about it thinking the bill was a mistake because my grass is still brown on the left side and I wasn’t aware anyone had come by. The lady in the phone said she would send someone out again to check. They fixed it that time but sent me another bill for the $250 plus another $300. I told them I was only going to pay one of those bills because they didn’t fix it the first time. I told them they could choose which one I should pay. She told me I needed to pay both then told me I was banned from using them again because I refused to pay both bills. I may be wrong but I don’t believe I should have to pay twice because they either never came out the first time or they didn’t repair it properly the first time. I have since then found someone more reliable for irrigation.

  We bought a 1957 home, that had an on-site well and a Rainbird sprinkler system with 14 dials on the board. We wanted to know if the system was any good, as in all the underground lines. We also wanted to learn how to use the control board or replace with an easier unit. Thirdly we wanted to tie the system into the well instead of city water so it will be virtually free. This is what Waterworks Incorporated was up against when they received the call from me. Not only that we have a hill behind our house that has been causing water to flood into the home for who knows how many decades. We had Waterworks Incorporated install not one but two French drains along the entire back of our home. This company and its main Foreman Teddy have been to our home at least 5 times. Each and every time the employees have been extremely hard-working, courteous, clean working, and did their job in a timely manner. I can't say what went wrong for the person who gave one star but I personally would you Waterworks 10 Stars if I could.

  Terrible company, Employees very rude, some employees are not very knowledgeable about irrigation. Employee walked all over new plants. Stay far away from this company
