  Nice people great to buy from but service after sell is horrific. They recieved my $13000.00 for the hot tub and installed it. Didn't connect the top so now when the wind blows the top blows up. Have made 4 phone calls and a in store visit to be told its gonna be a while you might want to do it yourself. No you were paid to do a job and you didn't. So now I have a speaker on the to to keep it from blowing up. If the top is damaged I will ask for a new one.

  Getting ready to install my first pool and they have been very helpful!! Friendly and knowledgeable about products!! Got my pool on 40% sale!! Found out they did layaway which is why I went ahead and did it. If I had known they did layaway I would have got one years ago lol
