The quality of service I received from Joe in the locks and keys area was a true representation of Super Multi tasking. Not only did he help me to get exactly what I needed but he accomplished that while helping two other customers and never missed a beat.!!! That's a true lowes dedicated employee.

So far this year I have spent $40K at Lowes. In 2024 I spent $61,000. The vast majority of that was with store 1968, SE Shreveport. Apparently that is not enough business to get the store manager to help me with a problem with an in store credit that was issued. I left him a message while I was in the store (he was out). He didn't call. I called later and the phone rang for 27 minutes before I finally had to hang up. I called back, and it rang for 10 minutes before customer service picked up and transferred me where it rang for another 10 minutes. The rep came back on the line and said he was with a customer and she would take a message. I said I preferred to wait on hold while he finished up with the customer. About 5 minutes later another rep came on the line and said he had just left. Imagine that. I have been a loyal customer to that store for 4 years, doing 10s of Thousands of Dollars in Business. But I'm done.

Ordered online. Slipped into the store like 8 minutes before closing. Felt like a total jerk for doing so but the employee who helped me get my item was really sweet and pleasant. I was in and out within a couple minutes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
