After looking for what I needed for the repair I ran into the manager Chris. He was truly a God send. He directed me to exactly what I needed and even helped me with a hard to manage screw that he was able to fix. Im disabled and when I was going down the isle looking for another item he was there again to help. I was very pleased that he took his time to come back and make sure I had all I needed. I often go to stores and have trouble getting assistance but not at lowes when Chris is on duty. I even noticed other customers passing by to thank him for his help. I got home and easily repaired the stove just as he instructed and we were able to enjoy a great meal. My family and I greatly thank Chris for his outstanding service and knowledge.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
