All of their service requests are handled out of Dallas and they are very hard to get ahold of, they do not even have a technician for this area. I have a power loveseat that is 1 1/2 years old and all of the power options are messed up and now they have to pick it up and take it back to Dallas for repair and keep it for 2 weeks. Lazy Boy is NOT the quality product it once was!

I told her I was interested in a rug, but I wanted it in a bigger size, but there was no tag on the rug so she proceeded to go to another rug and told me it cost about $500. Nowhere did she insinuate to even help me and I felt that she really just blew me off. .
