EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Very disappointed with my delivery experience at Aaron’s.
I purchased a full bedroom set, and during delivery the employee dropped one of the dressers, causing visible damage. I was then told that another dresser was already damaged when it came out of the box, meaning two damaged pieces were delivered.
On top of that, my nightstand was not delivered at all. No one mentioned it until I had to call and ask. The only response I received was, “we’ll bring it on the 15th,” with no apology or explanation.
This was careless, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating, especially after making a major purchase. I expected better handling, communication, and accountability. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed. I had been talking back and forth with Derrick about a particular bed...he found one in back stock and said that he had put my name on it. I had called him back about delivering this past Wednesday and he said that the guys are booked up. I fully understand that. I then asked him if he thought that it would fit in my car. He was supposed to measure the box and call me back...which he did not. I went into the store earlier to find out why he didn't call me back and to see if it would fit in my car. Only to find out that the only one in store in back stock had been sold to someone else. Not to mention that he did not put my name on it nor did I receive a call back from him. Again extremely disappointed. I am purchasing an 86 inch tv and a blower/weedeater combo that I will be having them come pick up.

Store customer service is horrible. The only person who helped me was Taylor she is such a doll. But the manager Dave is rude as hell I called to return furniture because it wasn’t being used so he called and threatened me cause I wasn’t home when he wanted me to be there threatened to bring police to my home and all. This will be the first and last time Aaron’s will ever get my business

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
