- DDDewan DickersonAug 15, 20251.0I am so disappointed with this company. We figured the salespeople were manipulating the water testing numbers and today proved that as true. I went to have the water tested and was told my chlorine was excessively high. I was told our pool rating was 70% and to purchase a product to correct it. Another customer said I would not need that product. The salesperson stated, “this is how we eat!” Shocked by the remark, I immediately took a sample of the same water to Pinch-a-penny pool supply down the road and they gave me a perfect score. Needless to say you all have lost a good paying customer! Shame on you!!
