- EDEthan DuplechainApr 12, 20261.0At approximately 7:20pm I was approached by a “head cashier” ms Tracie after she laughed it up with other said employees after I walked in that I couldn’t be in the store with that” she’s referring to my sidearm I carry as it being open carry in Louisiana I will attach photos. Isn’t this supposed to be a support veterans place? Wasn’t there a more appropriate and effective way to tell me that? Where are your signs stating I can’t? Where are your policies and procedures stating I can’t? I am not an employee I am a citizen of Opelousas that just came here to shop like any normal citizen. This isn’t a school, this place doesn’t sell alcohol, nor is it a government building, like hospitals or police station? When did Lowe’s become over the law? I wasn’t flashing it , nor was I a threat to any one of no kind so was it because of color, or was it the fact that she laughed it up then came and told me something. I also find it hard to believe it’s all the sudden a problem when I have witnessed myself and many others who carry who enter Lowe’s without her saying anything while she was on shift. I hope you know this type of behavior and service doesn’t make people come back and now you lost a customer and you got thousands of people to read what happened.

Rae, the fulfillment Associate, and Jbrylon, the sales associate went above and beyond to assist us with loading our order. We were very satisfied with this experience and will begin to do ALL of our business at this location. These two deserve a raise for their hard work and professionalism.

Their employees don't show up on time so we just get to sit and wait, then when you get unloaded it takes hours, and hours to do what any other place would have done in 20 minutes. Guess I'll have to put this one on my do not deliver to list.

XDT brought damage one out so the created a exchange account never got charged for it still had my original charge. The exchange account was for a different price so when they refunded me my money, I never got my full money back. Spoke to Ethan and Tina the ASM‘s there still no help still out almost $300. They got the fridge back and got paid from Madea. No callbacks went up there multiple times Tina and Ethan did not do there job as a assistant Store Manager even spoke to William the Store Manager still they have my money with no refund. Lowes has not gave us a solution and I have reported this multiple times and this has been since November last year.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
