Told them I know that's why I ordered them to ship to store. Was told they weren't ordered. Called store again spoke to asset manager and she verified they were ordered. Looked at my card today and found they had canceled my order without my knowledge and refunded the price. Husband went to store to find out what happened and not one manager would speak to him. He asked another worker if she could tell him where something in the store was and her reply was "probably not bit try aisle 22". Seriously??? Do not use this location. Drive a little further. This store does not need to be open.

What am I supposed to do?” His response was “walk to the front and check out”. He would not take my money. He never said “let me go get some change, let me call someone for change”. Just “you can walk to the front and checkout”. He just turned down money for his store. Won’t be back. Manager needs to do something.
