The staff wasn’t very helpful when I tried to explain what I needed—I didn’t know the proper name for the small part that holds the lamp to the pole, which made things a bit confusing. That said, I eventually found it on my own.

- CRCa RjoMar 13, 20261.0This location needs new management so many employees but no one to help on paint or electrical or plumbing last time I was there getting some appliance part I noticed that they were way out of their way helping a customer with appliances purchased to a point they move away when they noticed that I overheard. The lost prevention (sheriff) was using her discount to help a buddy of hers but us regular costumers are treated as criminals the paint section is a mess so many products getting wasted you barely get to return anything but their buddies are able to return even used drywall and getting full refund very upsetting we construction workers we need that store I hope headquarters step in and get help from real employees not people that are there just taking advantage. Better go back like before when we were just avoided by one employee that was always in the bathroom because now see groups of employees and when they see a customer approaching they all go separate ways.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
