  Kayron is such a kind hearted person. She really takes the time out to help you get your unit figured out. It’s never a problem calling her and I love that she remembers her customers by name while walking past them in the building. Seeing how much they like her made me feel good about our decision to rent here.

  Yesterday When I came to load my storage a car was parking infront the doors (aka the loading zone) and she said nothing about it when the people were just sitting in there car for an hour b4 even getting out. The exit gate is broken so it opens randomly and she kept coming outside yelling at people to not hit the gate but if the gate is broken and swinging open & hitting a car trying to park then that’s not on the driver, that’s on the company for not having this issue resolved. My grandfather tailgated in the lot not knowing he wasn’t supposed to and the lady said something to him about not doing that but he is old and I’m assumed forgot or didn’t understand her clearly because when he did it again she came out and told him the cars have to be facing a certain way she yelled out “got damn”. Cussing at customers is sooooo disrespectful & unprofessional , no matter how frustrated you are. It was a tall dark skin lady with braids , I think her name was Jada but I could be remembering incorrectly.

  I recently moved out of the Franklin location near rouses and I can honestly say my entire experience was magnificent because of the attendant Kayron. She was always so helpful even when I had to leave the city completely she helped take great care of me. I honestly stay as long as I did because of her. She was always ready with resources and ways to accommodate from the littlest to biggest problem. I’m happy to have had to deal with her every time I called for help.
