- JMJennifer MasseranoFeb 27, 20262.0I have a few concerns. I was just notified that there will be a rate increase. I would be okay with this if it was used to purchase more carts. I have been a customer of Extra Storage in other cities and have never had to supply my own carts. There are a total of 2 of them for the entire facility. I have been told that some are on order back in November but here we are in February and there are still only 2 carts which are always in use by other tenants or left on other floors. In addition, I believe the place should have a security guard there during evening hours. I have been in there where it looks like people are living in their units, or there is a party going on. In one instance someone came in and stated there stuff was missing. In the parking lot usually there is someone sketchy yelling, drunk or bothering people for money. I have worried about being in there alone and being pushed into my unit and harmed and have taken to arming myself. Please do something about your security and cart situation .
