Ms. Katrina Perkins was the manager on duty. She was a delight. She was very impressive. She wasn’t rushed and took the time to assist me. She went over and beyond the call of duty. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. It was then time to go and she didn’t hesitate to say “I have tine”. We seldom run across folks that go the extra mile. Kayron is an asset to Extra Space. I look forward to doing more business with them based solely on Ms Perkins kindness. On another note, the facility was extremely clean and I felt very safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
