’ve been a Lowe’s commercial account holder for some time, but my visit to the New Iberia, LA store on November 21, 2025, was shocking. After purchasing large flower pots and soil (some broken), I grabbed liners to protect my vehicle. Employee Ms. Sue refused to return them, falsely claiming store policy prohibited it, and even physically resisted me in front of witnesses. Security cameras were recording, and when I asked for an apology, she offered a non-apology. The manager intervened but ended the discussion prematurely while still engaging with her instead of attending a stated conference call.
I share this to warn customers: employees may act unprofessionally, and management may not address it properly.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
