    Without going into detail, 1 of the employees i think was a managers went above and beyond to help me get the parts for finish fixing my moms plumming. Her hot water heater sprung a leak and when we went to fix it, because the pvc was old, it snapped. We converted from the break back to the tank to PEX. Of course it was in the middle of the night right at closing. I want to thank him for his amazing heart and help.

    I love shopping at Lowe's there is alot of good deals if you look hard enough .and you can find almost anything you need there.

    Don't buy flooring from Lowe's because they have the most ridiculous policy If you have damaged flooring you have to have a ticket to return it and then re-purchase the flooring you need so double the trouble instead of just exchanging it and they don't give you very long to do this, so if you wait a couple of months to actually put your flooring down then you're already passed the allotted time to do anything about it we just love our Home Depot flooring and it's so much easier to put down than the stain master at Lowe's We actually went back to try to find some T molding And they only had one of the color we wanted. We asked an employee to get some help for us in flooring and after waiting about 10 minutes we just left and told the employee at the exit door that we were leaving because of a lack of service. She got someone to come back there right away and they claimed to have three in stock but everything was so disorganized they weren't found. Then the employee proceeded to try to sell us something else that we DIDN'T want. What an insult. So they have some in Pineville but Lowe's is not gonna ship from store to store and I can't have it delivered and you can't call Customer Service and have it sent from a warehouse ... you have to go through a store so I'm disgusted with Lowe's and their ridiculous policies and apparently they don't wanna make a sale because we would've spent about 200 bucks getting what we needed just in that one product

    5 stars more for one paticular person. Anthony was extremely helpful during our new home renovations . He helped us find what we needed at least four or more times at the Monroe LA store.

    I have great confidence I will get no response from this but I was at the store today attempting to buy flea preventative for my Mother’s dogs. I took the card for the product to the Customer Service to get the actual product. The woman at the desk said she had no idea where I got the card from and when I explained the pet area they had she made no attempt to go to the locked up area where they kept the items but called two other people in the customer service area consecutively to help me. The gentleman took the card and continued going through his paperwork making no move to actually go get anything. The woman she handed it to next said she didn’t know what it was or where I got it. I told her the pet area. She handed the card back to the original woman and told her let Tracey get it. The woman called a fourth person over the PA system. As I stood there waiting the woman who had just handed the card back to the first said loudly under her breathe, “ you give me attitude you can wait”. I didn’t I left the other items and wood I was going to be purchasing and left. This Lowe’s doesn’t need my or my company’s money:
