Their service is always reliable and professional, but this experience really stood out. I accidentally missed their closing time while trying to pick up my husband’s suit for a wedding. Michelle, the owner’s wife, was kind enough to come back when they were already closed just so we could get the suit in time. That level of generosity and customer care is incredibly rare and so appreciated. Thank you so much to Michelle and the team at Mike’s Golden Cleaners for saving the day and treating customers like family. It took me less than 2 minutes to grab my pickup from next door. I had to park accross the street to grab my order. I understand not taking up the spot for an extended time. But it literally took me walking in the door and grabbing a bag then leaving. They were rude and didn't even givee a chance to explain before they ran me off with threats of towing me. Didn't care that I have issues walking.
