I tried 4 times to order a Whirlpool front loader stackable washer and dryer set at $1637 and every time I try to checkout I'm asked to log in again and a red error codes up telling me my account is locked and my cart just auto deletes. Home Depot has the same merchandise for $1576 so I'll purchase this stackable set from them. I changed my password using the app, however I have no way to delete the extra items from my cart. So I uninstalled the app and went in the Web version and now my cart is empty so I have to go through this process once again. Please make your online experience more user friendly. An empty cart is all I have to show for all my efforts. The site refuses to allow me to purchase this washer and dryer set. Do yourself a favor and go to the local store and not try this online. I assure you that you will not get anywhere. I eventually made the purchase at Home Depot. They have the same appliance set for $65 less than what I would have paid at Lowe's. This is not this particular store's fault; this is Lowe's in general.
