However, the service department does not stand behind their products. Previously, when I had problems syncing my remote to my chair, they would talk me through it on the phone. Now they refuse to do that and you cannot get them to make a service call at your home. They have too many warranty cases to cover. They gave me the name of a man in Mississippi, who would not come to Lafitte to work on it. I will never buy another Lazy Boy product again.
