His professional demeanor, photos, and his practical solutions were clear. Both the upstairs and downstairs dryer lines revealed massive amounts of dryer debris, a birds nest, and several long screws within the line that were impeding the flow! I am relieved to have his direction and solutions. Repairs are minor but important and reasonably priced. I feel confident that the vents are clear and functional and we have greatly mitigated a potential house fire! Thank you, Tim!
