- JRJason RoyApr 1, 20261.0Lifelong Lowe's customer here. This store picks & chooses what they price match. Recently brought in a competitor's ad. The competitor had the item in stock (Miracle Gro Soil), as well as Lowe's. All price matching requirements were met. The cashier called her Supervisor, who asked what the item was. The Supervisor simply said, "We aren't price matching that." By not price matching, Lowes saved $20. Now they will permanently lose my (and my family's) business.

I bought a stove from Lowe's, but a week later, when the delivery was due, they messaged me that it was on backorder, and they didn’t know when they would have it. When I went to get a refund, they told me to choose another stove, yet they still had that same stove listed for sale. I insisted on a refund, but the customer service wasn’t great. I eventually got refunded for the stove, but the protection plan refund was a mess. They gave me a number to call, which didn’t resolve anything. After two weeks, they told me to call a different company handling the plan, not Lowe's. I’ve now lost almost a month, and I only recently got through to the protection plan company, who said it will take another three weeks, via check, to get my refund. It’s been a very frustrating process.

I use this location more then any other one in the area because of the customer service and tge fact that everyone that works at this location, knows what they are talking about and the paint department is very knowledgeable and professional! They also carry every pruning blade you need to get your yard or job looking good. No waiting on orders or long lines. The only lowes I use in the area, because how professional everyone is at their job or department in this lowes!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
