I went to buy a hot water heater. The guy took my information and told me someone would call me to install it. I waited a day and then the company told me they don't do hot water heaters. So I found my own installer and came back to purchase the heater, when I went to check out I wanted to split the cost but the workers are too busy talking to friends or standing around to come help

Overall, this is a good STORE. But it seems like the level of helpfulness of the employees needs a little boost, compared to the lowes STORE at Leesville. The first employee I worked with was kind of helpful. The next employee I worked with was on a phone conversation with his earbuds. He was very not helpful. The third employee that I worked with went out of his way to try to find everything that I needed. So there you go.
One Thing I Like About the Lowe’s app on my phone is that if you are home, and you find something on the app that you need, it will tell you which aisle, and which Bay within that aisle to go to to find it.
