  Love hobby lobby BUT…. When I went on Saturday, they were about to close so naturally everyone went to check out and the lady that was checking me out (skinny girl with dark hair) was talking crap about the customers to what I’m assuming was a manger (bigger lady named Carlee I think) and another guy. Talking about how everyone needs to get the heck out and how she wants to tell people to go home when they come in and when the manager was telling customers that the line was open, she was like oh my gosh stop telling them to come over here I don’t want to deal with them . They just need to go the hell home. Like how freaking rude could you be? They need to re-evaluate the people that they’ve hired because that is unacceptable. I would have been embarrassed to be the manager but she didn’t care. She was agreeing with her. I understand wanting to go home because we all get that way but come on. Use some common sense and don’t talk crap about customers when we are literally standing right there. I wish I would have gotten her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

  The store is wonderful, love going there BUT....today I brought my daughter and as we were walking around there was this one girl working who would literally talk smack about customers LOUDLY as soon as they walked away. Sometimes I don't think they were even out of earshot!! She answered the phone and someone must've asked for directions and when she hung up told another worker how stupid they must be to not use their phones GPS. Another customer asked where the restroom was, and she told another worker "um I dunno, maybe where the huge sign saying restroom is". There was more but I didn't want my little girl hearing that and honestly I was embarrassed for the customers...so sad.

  Remind me to never shop here again. Very rude manager. Teach your employees to polity handle a situation before cussing them out. Won't be back.

  I have always loved this place. But, we couldn't find an electric wheelchair for my husband.

  I never leave empty handed, Great selection, especially for spiritual/ religion, kids, stationary. . You name it, they more than likely carry it!
