  It seemed a bit under staffed but I gave it a five star because not only were the staff helpful but the other customers too. Its a great place to go. In a word, community. That's the grateful feeling I had when I left. And it was pretty clean.

  Manager has a lot to aspire in management . After myself.. the customer being called “a female, it, or whatever you want to call it” by a female associate trying to impress fellow male associates it was brought to the managers attention. She defended said employee by saying that it was UNUSUAL and she would talk to her. 🤬 Are you kidding me… When proceeding to explain why coming into the store in the future would cause additional issues if not handled and/or the employee not being held accountable, she accused me of a possible threat and having me banned from the store. Imagine being a long term customer and credit card holder in good standing and being provided with this type of customer service!!! Her intent was to turn the victim into the offender. (Lack of management skills) After suggesting reaching out to corporate she advised doing so, but the complaint would be directed to her and she would dismiss it by responding that she spoke to the customer already. WOW!! Word of mouth is the best and worst advertisement!! Needless to say Lowe’s lost an $800.00 sale and customers for life. DO BETTER LOWES!!! Note: No verbal confrontation occurred between the customer and associate. I was simply discriminated against after asking for help and they were trying to locate me. I was pointed out as being the customer in need in this manner. I’m clearing a white female and do not identify as anything other.

  Shawn in paint is amazing. I came in with a dry sample of our home touch up paint and he not only did an amazing job matching it but also recommended some spray texture that made my little repair look almost professional. Great experience all around due to an incredibly knowledgeable employee.

  I always go to the one on Ambassador, but i was on the north side of town so I stopped at this location, and it’s a total joke. No one could help me with what I needed and I believe it’s because they didn’t even know what I was talking about. It’s so dangerous too, like so much stuff just laying around that if you’re not careful and paying attention you can get injured just trying to shop. The management at Ambassador needs to come to this one and teach them a lesson on how to run a store!

  Placed an online order for wood panels from the Lowe’s on ambassador in Lafayette,La paid extra for same day. 3 days later I still haven’t gotten the panels. The panels are on a truck that they can’t get in touch with the driver. NEVER AGAIN. I SPOKE WITH 3 supervisors and they still can’t get the problem solved onto having attitude. Like I paid for it deliver my stuff. They should have pushed out another order out instead have me waiting when I paid for same day delivery. I have lost out on money with the company for coming to put the panels up for a blank trip. The old fence is down the neighbors are complaining because they have dogs. Don’t do delivery they can careless.
