Awful delivery service! Total disappointment! If i could give it 0 stars I would. After ordering a dryer which was $100s more expensive than the original price, dont believe those fake prices you see on your app or online, it doesn’t include more than the pathetic 1 year warranty, not even the freaking electric cable is included??? The removal of your old machine is $50 and now that you pay $300 more than the price you see, you fund out that even the delivery is not free? Also when the item gets delivered you dont get to pick morning or afternoon or anything, whatever you get thats it, suck it up basically!!! Absolutely atrocious service, and the super visor i talked to was as helpful as a rock in your shoe!

The girl working the self checkout with blondish dreads has horrible people skills. She was talking with a coworker about personal stuff when i walked up and asked where something”fromt bay 5” was. She told pointed me to aisle 5 and said “can yout mot read the numbers its right there” i said “excuse me sorry thats aisle 5 not bay 5 and thats batteries not screwdrivers” and she continued to tell me “well i dont know what to tell you”. Ive dont usually write sny sort of reviews but that was totally uncalled for. If i hadnt been looking around for 15min already and needed to get back to jobsite i wouldve talked to the manager and im not usually the talk to the manager type of person but that was beyond disrespectful

Just had another great experience with Tee. Doing a remodel and every time there’s been a problem, she has been able to solve it. Today we had a worker and a manager that couldn’t solve a problem. We asked for Tee and she came and solved it. She’s been a great asset for us. Thanks Lowe’s and big thanks to Tee!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
