Getting the run around about refrigerator delivery and installation. It took 30 minutes to buy the appliance and after 3 days we are still waiting for delivery on a next day service. The treatment that my mother has received is akin to elder abuse. SHAME ON YOU LOWE'S. This is unacceptable.

During my visit, I was treated in a dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner by two male employees, one of whom was the store manager. Their behavior made me feel singled out and unfairly treated, and the interaction escalated in a way that was unnecessary and inappropriate for a customer seeking assistance.
The conduct I experienced went beyond poor customer service. As a customer, I have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. The tone, attitude, and actions displayed by the store manager in particular were unacceptable and did not reflect Lowe’s stated values or standards of leadership. When the individual responsible for overseeing store operations engages in this behavior, it raises serious concerns about accountability and training at this location.
I contacted Lowe’s corporate customer service following the incident and was issued a $25 gift card. I want to be very clear that this is not about compensation. A gift card does not address the underlying issue of inappropriate and potentially discriminatory conduct by management.
This store should definitely be looked into with serious consequences to follow.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
