We came here to grab about 70 bags of mulch to put it onto a trailer and the workers quickly helped us by bringing in a whole forklift to carry a pallet of mulch onto the back of the trailer and they even wrapped it all together to keep it safe. Extremely kind and respectful workers.

The lumber was marked 50%off. I asked a manager if i purchased the entire carts if they would apply additional discounts. Yes i was told if i purchased everything i would be given an additional 25%.for a total of 75%.I was told i would need to pickup at time of sale. I went home 40mins unloaded the trailer returned to the store 40mins again. Camryn the store manager would not honor the agreed upon price. This is very poor customer service. - TTThe WAY TVFeb 21, 20265.0On 2/21 around 8 am in the morning I went to the Carencro location to pickup a washer and dryer that I purchased online the night before. Lowe's website said the appliances were in stock and would be available for p/u in the morning. Well, when I got to the store, the lady who worked in appliances told me that the store doesn't stock appliances and everything has to be ordered from the warehouse. I was very upset because I felt like I got deceived into purchasing items because of availability. The worker went above and beyond to ease my frustration. She checked throughout the store to see if the appliances may have possibly been delivered or added in stock. She could have dismissed me like most people do when dealing with a 'problem' customer. But she help me set up next day delivery and she got the manager to wave the delivery fee. I normally don't leave reviews unless a negative experience. But I wanted to share how this woman provided excellent customer service when faced with a problem not of her doing. I hope a manager from the store or HQ sees this review and relays the message to this employee.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
