We had it all for 2 weeks when we tried to return it and was told we could not, even though we were well within the 30 day policy.....because it was used. Make it make sense, how else would we know it didn't work well if we didn't use it? We'll never buy from this company again and, will encourage others not to. You have a better chance getting your items from other local stores or Amazon.
