  Disappointing Experience with Leslie's Pool Supplies I recently had a very frustrating experience at Leslie's Pool Supplies that I feel compelled to share. My visit to the store was for the purpose of purchasing pool paint. Unfortunately, the staff member present admitted to having limited knowledge about pool paints and mentioned that they do not frequently sell paint. Despite this, she advised me to buy extra paint "just to be safe" and assured me that I could return any unused cans. Based on this advice, I bought several cans of paint. However, when my painter began the job, he immediately noticed that the type of paint purchased was completely unsuitable for my pool. I returned to the store to rectify the situation and return the unopened and factory sealed unused paint, only to be told that they do not accept returns on paint—a policy that was not mentioned at the time of purchase. This oversight has left me out of pocket for over $600, with no resolution offered from Leslie's. The lack of knowledgeable assistance and misleading return policy at Leslie's Pool Supplies has been both disappointing and costly. I would caution potential customers to seek advice and products elsewhere, where the staff is more informed and policies are communicated clearly.

  Writing this July 2022 - over the past 6-9 months, I've gone into this this store 4-5 times, and each time they have been out of stock on some basic pool care chemical that I need: chlorine, shock, algaecide, clarifier, etc. Can't call ahead to check if its on the shelf because they don't answer their phone, and it's been down for at least 6 months, if not a year. I remember because it went down during the nationwide chlorine shortage last summer. When I complained about the phone, the manager threw his hands in the air and called the entire company incompetent. Oh, also the water testing service is down - no ETA for repair.

  Came at 4:30 on Sunday and doors were Locked with customers waiting. Can see workers but they wouldn’t come to the door. Not good business when they won’t take customers during business hours.

  Not so friendly staff they seem a little tired and disgruntled everything is overpriced price gougers
