  Totally arrogant and rude. The rug wasn't even cleaned well either. He told me he would be at my home to deliver my rug between 7:30-8:00 by 8:30 I called him only to find out that he wasn't going to be coming, he said he didn't call me because his cell phone didn't work at his shop. He called later that day to re schedule my delivery and asked if he could come to my home at 7:30 the next morning and I specifically told him no that was too early so he suggested 8 am. As I was stepping out of my shower at 7:25 am I could hear the doorbell and my dog going crazy, it was him. When I told him it wasn't the time we had discussed he didn't care, he said this was the time that worked for him. I was in a bathrobe with 2 men in my home and totally uncomfortable with the situation and he could have cared less. This is the last time I will ever use him and I will make sure everyone knows of his unprofessional attitude and arrogance. He didn't even wait for me to hand him the check but grabbed it off of my counter and walked out. Absolutely appalling his entire demeanor.
