- VSVal and Stephen S.Apr 25, 20251.0DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I have used this company in the past but the last time, 3 days ago, was a VERY TERRIBLE experience. The employee they have now tripped 3 breakers AND DID NOT TELL US, His machine started smoking and leaked water all over my floor so I gave him a towel which he left on the floor saturated with water. I gave them my $900.00 rug to be cleaned at their shop. When he returned the rug it was stained and ripped . The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right. All I received were excuses; no accountability anywhere. The man was constantly on his phone with his wife making more excuses to me about his shotty work. I tested the carpet and the dirt I found was awful terrible. My husband and I are the only residents in a 4000 square foot home and we have no pets. I will post pictures here if I can, if not I will find somewhere to post.

At almost 8:30 no one had shown so I called. He said he was there at 8 and left because we didn’t answer door. We were all home waiting staring out of the windows every 5 minutes. Very disappointed.
