  Tried to book a free estimate. The company called and texted incessantly to get us someone to come to our house to provide a quote. The person never showed. Biggest waste of time. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

  LA Pools and Spa did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish! Donald, Raphael, and Kim went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Donald’s knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, Raphael’s friendliness and knowledge truly showed in the final result, and Kim kept everything organized and on track with excellent communication. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend LA Pools and Spa to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, and a team that truly cares about their customers!

  We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and can’t say enough amazing things about LA Pools! From the very first consultation to the final reveal, their team was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. The installers were punctual, kept the worksite clean, and completed the project on time. Rafael and Kim kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all our questions with patience, and delivered on time without cutting corners. They took our vision and turned it into something even more spectacular than we imagined! Thanks to LA Pools, our backyard has been completely transformed into a dream oasis. If you’re looking for the BEST pool installation team out there, look no further. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool!

  THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN THE CONSTRUCTION WORLD - AND THAT'S SAYING A LOT. STAY AWAY! We paid our deposit back in April and were told we would start digging in 8-10 weeks. It's now almost November and nothing. We understand that there are issues with labor, supplies, etc but what bothers us is that we have been lied to over and over again. They have TERRIBLE communication and it seems there are just two of them running things and they never talk amongst themselves and they're married! We've been told we were "first on the dig list" at least 4 times but then learn other customers of theres got in front of us. We were supposed to be FINALLY starting November first now they are saying at least December to begin. They are a mess. We know at least four families who have used other companies AFTER us and they have their pools DONE. Then when we said we wanted our deposit back because we have ZERO trust in them they were going to charge us 8 PERCENT! Insane. We went with them because they had the best price - but you definitely get what you pay for. If you want a company who respects their clients and knows how to communicate and how to navigate the pool business STAY AWAY FROM LA POOLS AND SPAS!!!
