She was extremely informative, very friendly and most importantly super supportive. I wasn’t used to managing an event so informally, and I was exhausted after moving all day. When I drove up to physically move in, I saw Amy chatting on the phone, thinking I had a few minutes to find my unit but I couldn’t. And when I found my way back to the office, Amy was gone and the office was closed. After searching for over an half hour for the unit number, I called the office and Ms Amy texted me back. Not only did she text me back, she came BACK ON PROPERTY to FIND ME and make sure that I found my unit!!! This touched my heart so deeply, because I moved (and was) ALL BY MYSELF! This -to me, was not only genuinely CARING, but the epitome of “going above and beyond” customer service. And I am SO relieved, confident and grateful having moved/ stored my precious personal belongings stored to this clean and well managed property for an undersigned about of time! Thank you Amy!
