    Sandi at the Kenner location is horrible. She held my grandmothers ID and wouldn’t give it back. And when my grandmother said she didn’t want to sign up for a credit card, she did it anyway. And said “please please i get credit for that” And forced my grandma to sign up even after telling her she does NOT want a card.

    I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent order. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. After working a 10-hour shift, I drove 25 miles to the At Home store in Kenner, LA, arriving at approximately 7:34 PM (Central Time), with the sole intention of picking up this order. Upon arrival, an associate brought the item to the front and immediately remarked, “I don’t know if you’re going to want this, it has a lot of scratches on it, I don’t even know why it’s for sale.” The artwork had no packaging and appeared to be a damaged display item, with numerous scratches clearly visible. The associate then offered me 50% off, which I found even more insulting given her own acknowledgment that the item was in unacceptable condition. This experience not only resulted in a wasted trip, but it also cost me time, gas, and added unnecessary stress after a long day of work. I am extremely disappointed in the quality control and the lack of consideration for your customers’ time and expectations. I would like to know what At Home is willing to do to rectify this situation and compensate for the significant inconvenience caused.

    I was in the store on yesterday and I wanted to buy a table . I saw two employees a row over . I struggled with the heavy box and finally got it in the cart . The two employees just continued their conversation never acknowledging me . Specifically, the man with the pink bow in his head . I called the store this morning and asked to speak with a manager I really felt that the person that answered was the same employee with the pink bow . Offered no real apology he just said I will speak with them . That’s it . When I asked for a corporate number he said we don’t have a corporate number . Poor customer service!!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
