  Love /Hate location. It has almost everything you need to make or decorate. That is the love part. I could spend all my money and yours at this store that is the hate part. Great place to shop!

  I love Hobby Lobby and shop there frequently for fabrics and yarn. Today was not a good day. I experienced horrible customer service. I went into the store and shopped for a specific yarn, and I came across these two carts that were full of newly arrived yarns. I grab the yarn that I wanted and looking for someone to ask if the yarns are ok for me to check out knowing that they were not on the shelves yet. I was standing in the fabric section with the yarn and waiting for my turn to ask one of the employee that were cutting fabrics about the yarn. But before I was given a chance to ask I was scolded by one of the employee and was told " You are not supposed to touch those" I was standing there with all of these people looking at me and look like I was stealing something. I feel embarrassed and was not able to explain my side or ask the question that I was inted to ask before buying the yarn. She right then came to the yarn section and followed me to make sure I put the yarn back. Which I did put it back. She did then explain to me the whole restocking thing but it was too late. My intentions was to ask first but I was scolded by her. Which is not a good custome service especially infront of all the customers in the store. The cart also did not say "Do not touch" most customers will likely think it is ok to touch it and bring it to check out.
