Lloyd, the store manager who always has a smug look on his face, then came and knocked on my door.. once, twice and then the third time as if he was trying to knock the door down. First off- dont ever come to someones door and knock like you’re threatening them. I was in the shower. Had the cops come because who is going to let someone into your home who does that?! Lets be SO FOR REAL. Get your crappy overpriced things and be on your way. Should have listened to the reviews and steered clear because this was not worth the 1 missed payment of less than 500 dollars. Edit: after doing some thorough research, I probably shouldn’t have allowed them entry into my house without a court order however I will be filing an official grievance with corporate because they’re scare tactics with the cops as well as the threatening nature of the store manager seems to be against company policy amongst other things

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
