- JPJulie ParkFeb 28, 20264.0I never heard of Hobby Lobby even though I lived here for almost 10+ years! I decided to run by to pick up some supplies for a new hobby! The inside of the store is huge but I did get a little lost around finding check out! The lines though...only 2-3 cashiers were available and the lines were wrapped around. Stood in line for about 10 - 15 minutes but the cashier was very sweet!

I thought this was a Christian company, but I tried to make a return recently, which I’ve done before without a receipt, and just got a gift card. It’s clearly their merchandise and was defective. They gave me the hardest time and I still was not able to return a $48 item! Oh yes, they wanted to give me 10 percent of what I actually paid for it!! That’s not only NOT Christian but it’s not ethical either. Having second thoughts about Hobby Lobby and wish there were better options!! I’m not down with their policies at all!!
