Kevin and Andy the assistant sales manager were both extremely helpful and dedicated when we were looking for some paint gallons that weren’t where they were supposed to be. They were very patient, polite and committed and went through 8 different pallets to find what we were looking for. Not many people would go to those lengths so we definitely appreciated it.

So let me tell you... We are wrapping up from completely renovating our house. Keep in mind that we have spent a lot of money at Lowes for materials. We went back to return a unused 5 gallon bucket of cieling paint and find that lowes excluded it from the 90 day return policy. Not pleased that I couldn't return 1 bucket of unused paint after me and my contractor spent so much money there. I had a separate issue with purchasing a piece of PVC pipe and I tried to return it. Unfortunately the reciept was destroyed so i didnt have one. They were able to scan it and they knew it was their pipe but couldnt do anything for me without a reciept. Jeep in mind that this occurance was a day after i purchased the pvc pipe. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to go to Home Depot or Ace hardware from now on. FYI customer service does not know what they are doing. You should have a manager available to address these issues and make the right call and keep the customers that keep coming back happy! #DOBETTER

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
