Lowes gave the delivery company, CRST, the wrong one. A new delivery was scheduled through lowes for a redeliver and install for 11/26/25. It was never delivered. Called and had to have a NEW delivery date scheduled for 12/3/25. The inconvenience that this has caused over the holiday and continues to cause should not have happened. Now I have to take another day off work for a delivery and install. Will not be purchasing major appliances here unless I can leave the store with it and install myself. Edit to add it is now 12/10/25 and I still have yet to receive my appliance. I now am asking for a full refund. This is completely ridiculous.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
