- BLBum LeeJul 30, 20251.0I have been working with Leslie pools for years and lately it has turned into a total rip off. They told me that the chemicals I was getting from Sam's and Walmart was causing of all the problems. I spent over $1500 dollars in chemicals in two weeks to still have a green pool. I finally had enough when they asked me to spend the same $100 in chemicals I spent 7 days ago. I said I would just liquid shock it and check with them the next day. Then, they were closed without any notice or note at the door the next day. I called the Metairie location and they had no clue what was going on. I finally was directed to Billot pools down the street from Lesile. The family owned business took amazing care of me and my pool was crystal clear less than $100 later.
