I had won an auction and I had to pick up the items from the unit and it had rained all week. Everytime I would call to reschedule because of the rain she would happily and professionally answer the phone and worked things out with me to avoid getting ourselves and our stuff wet. That's why im leaving this review to let everyone else know how much I appreciate the treatment and accommodations I received from the lady at the front desk of extra space storage...
