- DCDerrick ClaytonFeb 23, 20261.0Let me start off by saying that I've been using and shopping with Lowe's for years. I've never dealt with so much unprofessionalism dealing with this company. We brought a door and let them know that we will be coming back a couple of days later to pick it up when we got the truck. We were told by the guy that sold it to us that he was bringing it to the back. We got back there on Saturday only to realize that I would or couldn't be found. We spent several hours in the store talking to multiple people after we were able to even find someone to help us. Including the ASM Reggie. After they didn't want to deal with us anymore they just decided to give us a door that had already been opened box bust open and taped up. We knew that wasn't the door that we initially bought. We had to get a refund for the door that we initially purchased and had to rebuy a whole new door. VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. That was a horrible representation of your company.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
