She helped to guide us through our kitchen Reno and was available to answer any questions we had. She kept us looped in on the timeline and schedule day to day which we greatly appreciated. Despite a few hiccups we were still able to finish in the projected 2 week time frame! Can’t recommend Sam and Marchand’s enough! We are so happy with our kitchen, it’s completely transformed our home!

Jennifer greeted us, listened to what we wanted, looked at photos of our kitchen in my phone and immediately took us to the sample section. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products. She even pulled up the newest color samples on line so we could look at them. She was patient, understood exactly what we wanted, explained the differences in the products, answered a zillion questions, and was thoroughly professional. She immediately arranged the contractor visit for measurements, sent the estimate a day later, and responded immediately to a change we wanted. We are very impressed with the customer service we received from Jennifer. She’s outstanding in all aspects of her job. And, her positive attitude was such a breath of fresh air after the BR people!
