Let me start off by saying that I've been using and shopping with Lowe's for years. I've never dealt with so much unprofessionalism dealing with this company. We brought a door and let them know that we will be coming back a couple of days later to pick it up when we got the truck. We were told by the guy that sold it to us that he was bringing it to the back. We got back there on Saturday only to realize that I would or couldn't be found. We spent several hours in the store talking to multiple people after we were able to even find someone to help us. Including the ASM Reggie. After they didn't want to deal with us anymore they just decided to give us a door that had already been opened box bust open and taped up. We knew that wasn't the door that we initially bought. We had to get a refund for the door that we initially purchased and had to rebuy a whole new door. VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. That was a horrible representation of your company.

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s thanks to Mr. Tim in the lumber department. The store was extremely busy, and he could tell I was getting frustrated after struggling to get assistance. Even though neither task was part of his department, he took the initiative to help me without hesitation. He personally went to retrieve the refrigerator I needed and even trimmed my blinds for me.
What could have been a very frustrating shopping trip turned into a genuinely great experience because of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Employees like Mr. Tim are the reason customers keep coming back. Lowe’s is fortunate to have him.
