- JMJules MNov 21, 20255.0If you have pests, call Cottom’s! We had a horrible red squirrel situation and they were so thorough and so patient with us. At one point, 4 different team members came to the house at 4 different times in one week to figure out what was going on. Amazing service, very reasonably priced. We paid for service in the summer when we first started hearing the squirrel in the walls/attic and these squirrels are no joke. In the fall even more chewed their way into the house. Cottom’s was so on top of it—they didn’t even charge us for the additional patchwork and follow-ups, they only charged the capture fee which was a relief. The team members are also super knowledgeable about different pests and they answered every question we had. Worth every penny, don’t use Orkin or another big place like that—call Cottom’s!
