  Since writing my initial review more windows have failed and they would not respond to repair or give an estimate to replace , i have had to hire another company to replace 5 windows. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, I had purchased 16 double pane window thru my contractor from Reliable and initially was satisfied with the quality of the product but 8 have now failed, 4 which they did replace charging me for labor to install and now there are 4 more they will not do anything about. I have read that there is a 10 year warranty, they have been very slow to return calls if ever. The windows were very expensive and now 1/2 have failed and are fogged up, I would not recommend this company
