If I could give them zero stars, I would. Placed an order on December 8th for two items. Got a notification on December 17th that it was out for delivery. It never arrived. Then on December 18th it said again that it was out for delivery and that is still what the tracking says. Out for delivery on December 18th. Today is January 3rd. There has been no offer to cancel. My order is just stuck in limbo saying delayed but we’re working on it. No communication, nothing.

Terrible place for truck drivers with sleepers to back into. They have crates and boxes all over the loading dock area so it’s nearly impossible to back with a 53 foot sleeper. I asked them if they could guide me since I was gonna have to blindside back & they basically stood there & watched me without helping. They seem to think because a tiny box truck can get in with no problem that a 53 foot sleeper can.
