It never arrived. Then on December 18th it said again that it was out for delivery and that is still what the tracking says. Out for delivery on December 18th. Today is January 3rd. There has been no offer to cancel. My order is just stuck in limbo saying delayed but we’re working on it. No communication, nothing.
- EEEddieDec 23, 20251.0Terrible place for truck drivers with sleepers to back into. They have crates and boxes all over the loading dock area so it’s nearly impossible to back with a 53 foot sleeper. I asked them if they could guide me since I was gonna have to blindside back & they basically stood there & watched me without helping. They seem to think because a tiny box truck can get in with no problem that a 53 foot sleeper can.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
